Absolutely. Our management team across both centres is well versed in the Child Care Subsidy and happy to help with questions at any time. She has an exceptional understanding of how the subsidy works in practice and a genuine passion for making sure families aren’t leaving money on the table. We welcome children from 6 weeks to 6 years across our babies, toddlers, kindy and preschool rooms.

Your child’s full care and education program, all activities and resources, and sunscreen. Families provide their own meals, snacks and bedding. We’ll let you know exactly what to pack when you come in.

Gently and at your child’s pace, every time. We use a gradual approach where we start with shorter visits and build up over time, and we stay in close contact with you throughout. Some children take to it quickly, others need more time, and both are completely normal. What matters is that your child feels safe and that you feel confident. We’ve helped hundreds of families through this transition and we’ll be with you the whole way.

Every day has a rhythm but no two days are identical. Mornings usually start with calm open play as children settle in, then move through group experiences, outdoor time, meals, rest and intentional learning activities. Your child’s Educators share updates and moments with you throughout the day via the OWNA app, so you always know how they are going. We’ll go through a full list personalised to your child’s age when you come in for your tour. Generally you’ll need a labelled bag, a change of clothes, a sun hat, your child’s bedding, and labelled snacks and lunch for the day. Comfort items are very welcome, especially during settling in.

It starts with a visit. We always encourage families to come in for a Stay and Play before committing to anything, because the right feel matters more than any brochure. If you’re relocating from interstate, which many of our new families are from Sydney, Melbourne and across the southern states, we completely understand that coming in person isn’t always possible straight away.
