Choosing who cares for your child is the biggest decision a parent makes. We never forget that families choose us, and we count it a privilege every single day.
Most of our families tell us they knew within about ten minutes of walking in. Not from anything we said, but from what they saw. Children busy and happy. Educators down on the floor with them, not standing over them. A room that felt calm.
That feeling is the thing we protect. You will always know how your child’s day went, not guess at it. And you will meet Lisa, because she is here, sharing her time evenly between her two beloved centres, not running things from an office somewhere else. Her focus each and every day is to create an environment where your child wants to come back tomorrow.
How we got here, and why we care about it this much, starts with Lisa. She has spent her entire career in early learning, working her way up through every room and every role, and now leads two centres of her own. At the start of 2023 she and her husband Ben were lucky enough to take on Cherubs at Banora Point, with a simple goal: run the kind of centre she had always wanted to work in, and give something back to the community properly.
