Hi, my name is Lisa Damme, and I’m honoured to be the Centre Owner and Director at Cherubs.
As a lifelong member of the Tweed area, I have a deep connection to this community and a passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.
My own youngest child even attended Cherubs, so I understand first-hand the importance of individualised learning and helping children and families achieve their goals for the future.
As Centre Owner and Director, the most rewarding part of my role is watching children develop and grow and being a part of their journey to achieve their aspirations.
I believe in the value of education and am committed to supporting and training our incredible team to deliver the best programs and service to families.
Building strong connections is a crucial part of a child’s learning experience, and it’s something we value greatly at Cherubs.
I take pride in our centre, our team, and our programs, and I am committed to creating a wonderful future for your child and preparing them for the transition to school.

Our qualifications range from university-trained Early Childhood Teachers with specialised degrees in Early Childhood Education, to Leader Educators with TAFE-granted diplomas in Children’s Services, and Room Assistants with TAFE-granted certificates in Children’s Services.
We are proud to have a team of Early Childhood Professionals who lead by example and practice excellence in early childhood education and care.
