Lead Educator
Are you a passionate and experienced educator ready to lead and inspire? As a Lead Educator at Cherubs Early Learning Centre, you will:
- Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom that encourages exploration and growth.
- Plan and Implement Engaging Programs: Develop and deliver educational programs that cater to the developmental needs and interests of children.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Mentor and Support: Provide guidance and support to other educators in your room, fostering a collaborative and professional learning community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Early Childhood Teacher
Bring your passion for early childhood education to Cherubs as an Early Childhood Teacher. In this role, you will:
- Inspire and Educate: Deliver a high-quality, child-centered curriculum that nurtures the holistic development of each child.
- Innovate and Create: Use innovative teaching methods and creative approaches to engage and inspire young learners.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with families and the community to build a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Reflect and Improve: Continuously reflect on and improve your teaching practices to achieve the best outcomes for children.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Current teacher registration
- In-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A valid WWCC
